Joint pain, dry joints
Either from too little estradiol or from reduced synovial fluid. The two need opposite responses.

4Substances used against it. Descriptive — not a recommendation to take them.
What you can do yourself
No compound involved — the part that comes down to dose, training and everyday habits. Often the larger lever, and always the cheaper one.
Check estradiol first
Dry joints from low estradiol need the opposite response to joints under too much load. Guessing gets it wrong half the time.
Load follows strength
Strength rises faster than tendons and ligaments adapt. The limit is not the weight on the bar, it is the connective tissue.
Warm up, full range
Unglamorous and effective. Much of what gets blamed on compounds is a joint that went into a heavy set cold.
How you notice it
The circumstances say which: dry and stiff with low estradiol, loud and grinding under heavy loading. There is no lab value for it.
